13.10.2023 Marta Gasparin (Copenhagen Business School), together with Martin Quinn (Lancaster University), Steven Brown (Otto Monsted Visiting professor at Copenhagen Business School and Enrico Macciò thought a class to Copenhagen Business School students (CBS) on an exciting journey into the world of organization sociology. They dove into the theories of experiential learning, turning some of the groundbreaking Horizon Europe project HEPHAESTUS findings into a real-life trade game set in Denmark’s vibrant ecosystem.
The twist? The students teamed up, each representing a unique organization in a Danish craft ecosystem. It was a hands-on lesson in real-world dynamics, teamwork, and strategy.
