“Artistic craftsmanship between past and future: a European look” is an event organized as part of the Horizon Europe project HEPHAESTUS, in collaboration with the City of Bassano, Copenhagen Business School, Cà Foscari University, and FabLab Venezia. It will take place during the “Buongiorno Ceramica (May 18-19)”, edition 2024.
A dedicated meeting will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024, from 10:00 to 12:30, at Sala Chilesotti in the Bassano del Grappa City Museum.
This meeting aims to foster dialogue among artisans, stakeholders, and enthusiasts from the Bassano area, focusing on crucial themes shaping the future of artistic craftsmanship such as sustainability, new technologies, and training. Participants will engage in discussions with artisans from various Italian territories, including Bassano del Grappa and Venice, exploring future prospects for the sector. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to view a video presentation by the art collective D20 ART LAB, showcasing their “art-based research” journey through these regions.
The event is open to the public, welcoming all interested individuals to join the conversation.
