The Horizon Europe project HEPHAESTUS proudly participated in the 18th Organization Studies Workshop in Mykonos, held from May 23rd to 25th, 2024. The workshop, themed “Organization, Organizing, and Politics: Disciplinary Traditions and Possible Futures,” attracted 150 international scholars and providing opportunity to attend the most appealing sessions from more than 90 proposed.
Throughout the workshop, we had the opportunity to present and discuss various articles stemming from the first year of HEPHAESTUS research. These presentations showcased the depth and breadth of our collaborative efforts and highlighted key findings from our diverse research areas.

About the workshop
The Organization Studies Workshop is an annual activity, originally launched in June 2005, to facilitate high-quality scholarship in organization studies. Its primary aim is to advance cutting-edge research on important topics in the field by bringing together a small and competitively selected group of scholars, who will have the opportunity to interact in depth and share insights in a stimulating and scenic environment.
